Smartflowr provides project coordination software for kitchen installation and aftercare workflows.

2. What data we process

We process account details, project information, planning data, uploaded files, and operational notes entered by authorized users.

When the mobile app is used, it can process photos taken in-app, photos selected from the device library, and related project metadata.

3. Camera and photo access

The Smartflowr mobile app requests camera access so installers and staff can take project photos directly in the app.

These photos are used for project documentation, issue reporting, installation evidence, and customer communication within Smartflowr.

If a user does not want to use the camera, they can deny camera permission, but camera-based capture features will not work.

4. How we use data

We use data to operate the service, coordinate projects, support customers, generate reports, and maintain security and auditability.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing

Data may be shared with service providers and infrastructure partners strictly as needed to host, secure, and operate the service.

Project data may also be visible to authorized internal users based on their role in the Smartflowr platform.

6. Retention and security

We retain data only as long as necessary for operational, contractual, legal, and support purposes.

We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect stored data against unauthorized access and misuse.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.
